Our focus is on safety, quality, and personalized matching, with flexible options to fit your family’s needs.

Babysitting Rates

Our standard sitter rate is $20/HR for 1–2 children. Add $2/HR for 3–4 children, Add $5/HR for 5 children. Final pricing depends on family size and needs and will be provided at booking.

Holiday Care

Holiday Sitters are paid (time and a half)

Holiday Surcharge $30
Applies to major holidays including New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Gasparilla, Easter, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

Tots Luv Childcare is happy to accommodate last-minute requests at any time. A request within 24 hours of the sitter's arrival is considered last minute. We appreciate your understanding!

Terms

Rates are set per family with a minimum requirement of four hours of service, or payment equivalent to four hours of the nanny’s time. If your sitter provides transportation, families are asked to cover gas expenses. Last-minute requests made within 24 hours include a $30 surcharge. We’re also happy to arrange care for special events or group needs—just contact us for details.

Families pay a $100 annual enrollment fee, which supports our commitment to safety, quality, and personalized care. Membership families enjoy waived annual fees and can opt in or out anytime. Pay-as-you-go and placement families renew their enrollment yearly on their anniversary date, with a reminder sent before renewal. Prices and terms are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a scheduled sitting within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be responsible for paying the total amount of the scheduled shift. This payment will be charged to your card at the time of cancellation. However, if you provide over 24 hours notice, no cancellation fee will be charged. Tots Luv Childcare will make every effort to work with you in case of a genuine medical emergency.

The mileage rates for using the nanny's vehicle to transport your child are set at $0.70 per, adhering to IRS standards. It's important to note that this rate does not include travel to and from the nanny's home unless specified. For more information, feel free to reach out to us!
