Sitter Rates and Services
Welcome to Tots Luv Childcare! Our experienced sitters create a fun and safe environment for your family. Families who enroll in our on-call services will be required to pay a one-time registration fee of $100. Additionally, there is a $30 booking fee for agency services. We never charge fees to our sitters; they are paid directly by you.

Sitters are paid at a rate of $27/HR for Holidays
Fees for all major holidays including but not limited to:
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Gasparilla, Easter, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Last Minute Surcharge

(An additional $15 fee applies if booked on a weekend within 24 hours or less.)​​

Tots Luv Childcare is happy to accommodate last-minute requests at any time. A request within 24 hours of the sitter's arrival is considered last minute. We appreciate your understanding!

*A nanny can care for a maximum of 4 children; however, if families need group childcare, we can accommodate two or more sitters as needed.

Terms
Prices are set per family with a minimum requirement of 4 hours of service, or payment for 4 hours of the nanny's time. For regular transportation, reimbursement for gas is requested. Last-minute requests incur a $35 surcharge, with an additional $15 fee for weekend bookings. We also offer care for special events and can provide more information upon request. Tots Luv Childcare has a non-refundable $100 enrollment fee for new families. Please note that these rates do not apply to Nanny Shares.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a scheduled sitting within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be responsible for paying the total amount of the scheduled shift. This payment will be charged to your card at the time of cancellation. However, if you provide over 24 hours notice, no cancellation fee will be charged. Tots Luv Childcare will make every effort to work with you in case of a genuine medical emergency.

The mileage rates for using the nanny's vehicle to transport your child are set at $0.70 per, adhering to IRS standards. It's important to note that this rate does not include travel to and from the nanny's home unless specified. For more information, feel free to reach out to us!
