Fees for all major holidays including but not limited to:
New Year's Day, Gasparilla, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
Last Minute Surcharge

Tots Luv Childcare is happy to accommodate last-minute requests at any time. A request within 24 hours of the nanny's arrival is considered last minute. We appreciate your understanding!
*A nanny can care for a maximum of 4 children; however, if families need group childcare, we can accommodate two or more nannies as needed.
Terms
Prices are per family, with a minimum of 4 hours of service or payment for 4 hours of the nanny's time. If transportation is needed regularly, we request reimbursement for gas expenses. Please be aware that last-minute requests will incur an additional $45 surcharge, and pricing may vary for special requests. Additionally, we offer exceptional special event care and would be happy to provide more information upon contact via email/text. Tots Luv Childcare charges a non-refundable $50 registration fee for new families enrolling in our services. This fee can be applied to placement agreement fees.
Cancellation Fee
If you cancel a scheduled sitting within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be responsible for paying the total amount of the scheduled shift. This payment will be charged to your card at the time of cancellation. However, if you provide over 24 hours notice, no cancellation fee will be charged. Tots Luv Childcare will make every effort to work with you in case of a genuine medical emergency.
Overnight and Travel Nannies
We offer nighttime and travel sitters who are eager to rock the evening away with your tots! Our nannies offer the support you need so your family can rest easy.

Terms
Meals and housing accommodations must be included. If travel is required separately, we ask that gas be reimbursed. Payment is due on the last day of the overnight. For houses with three or more children, there will be an extra charge of $25 per child, per day. If canceled within 72 hours prior, 100% of the booking is due. If canceled the week of, 50% of the booking is due. Including housing, flight boarding passes, transportation, meals, etc. Pricing is subject to change for special requests.
Standard rates apply for travel and overnight stays between 7 am-10 pm. Contact us for more details!
Mileage
Mileage rates for using the nanny's vehicle to transport your child are $0.67 per mile per IRS standards, excluding travel to and from the nanny's home unless specified. Contact us for more details!
