Sitter Rates and Services
Welcome to Tots Luv Childcare! Our dedicated sitters create a fun and safe environment, giving your family peace of mind. Our sitter rates start at just $18 for one child, with a small increase for additional children. Families who enroll in our on-call services will incur a one-time (lifetime) enrollment and registration fee of $100. Additionally, we apply a small service fee that is included in our rate for one child, ensuring transparency from the very beginning. We never take any fees from our sitters—they are always paid directly by you.

Fees for all major holidays including but not limited to:
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Gasparilla, Easter, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Last Minute Surcharge

Tots Luv Childcare is happy to accommodate last-minute requests at any time. A request within 24 hours of the sitter's arrival is considered last minute. We appreciate your understanding!

*A nanny can care for a maximum of 4 children; however, if families need group childcare, we can accommodate two or more sitters as needed.

Terms
Prices are per family, with a minimum of 4 hours of service or payment for 4 hours of the nanny's time. If transportation is needed regularly, we request reimbursement for gas expenses. Please be aware that last-minute requests will incur an additional $45 surcharge, and pricing may vary for special requests. Additionally, we offer exceptional special event care and would be happy to provide more information upon contact via email/text. Tots Luv Childcare charges a non-refundable $100 enrollment fee for new families enrolling in our services.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a scheduled sitting within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be responsible for paying the total amount of the scheduled shift. This payment will be charged to your card at the time of cancellation. However, if you provide over 24 hours notice, no cancellation fee will be charged. Tots Luv Childcare will make every effort to work with you in case of a genuine medical emergency.

The mileage rates for using the nanny's vehicle to transport your child are set at $0.70 per, adhering to IRS standards. It's important to note that this rate does not include travel to and from the nanny's home unless specified. For more information, feel free to reach out to us!
