Nanny Placement
To begin your nanny search with Tots Luv Childcare, a $300 non-refundable search fee is required, along with a $100 enrollment fee when you submit your placement form. The enrollment fee renews one year from your sign-up date, and we’ll send you a friendly reminder so you can confirm or decline. These fees give your family full access to our personalized search services and include a replacement guarantee if your nanny hire doesn’t work out within the covered period.

Nanny Rates and Placement Fees
As the employer, you determine the nanny's fees or salary. We collaborate with you to find a nanny that meets your needs and budget, offering guidance on a fair pay rate based on their skills, qualifications, and responsibilities, while providing ongoing support from our team. Tots Luv Childcare charges a flat fee per placement. We are dedicated to helping you create a fair and competitive compensation package for your caregiver. Contact us or DM for more information!
