There’s something about care that’s hard to put into words. It’s not just the milestones or the celebrations — not the birthdays, the “firsts,” or the big transitions.

It’s the quiet, ordinary moments that hold the most weight.

It’s the way a nanny senses a child’s shift before a meltdown. The way a parent exhales — deeply — at the end of a long day, knowing someone trustworthy is home.

Right now, I’m in a deeply personal season — caring for my mom as she faces serious health challenges…

Some days stretch me beyond what I thought I could hold — physically, emotionally, mentally. Other days overflow with love and presence. And in between, there are moments of grief, joy, fatigue, and grace.

Some days, I feel grounded. Other days, I’m just trying to make it through.

But through it all, one thing keeps rising to the surface:

Leading Tots Luv while caregiving full-time has been one of the most humbling experiences of my life. And it’s anchored me more deeply in this mission than ever before.
