CAN I MEET A NANNY BEFORE THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO PROVIDE CARE?
We understand that finding a nanny to join your family can be overwhelming. To provide extra reassurance, a welcome meeting can be scheduled before booking services. These meetings are important for both the sitters and families to get to know each other. Please take advantage of this opportunity to inform us of your routines and expectations.
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE OF YOUR NANNY CANDIDATES?
Tots Luv nannies must be 18+ with legal US work eligibility, have at least 3 years of paid/education experience, be non-smokers, and able to commit for 1 year. CPR/First Aid certification is required. They must have great references, passion for educating children, and pass our screening process.
WHERE DO YOU FIND YOUR NANNIES?
Our local childcare agency sources nannies from various channels such as community parent groups, personal and client referrals, local nanny networks, college job boards, our website, targeted social media, and word of mouth. Please feel free to get in touch with us if you require further details.
