Nanny Placement
Finding the perfect nanny for your family should be effortless, reassuring, and tailored to your unique needs. At Tots Luv Childcare, we provide a personalized, full-service nanny placement experience, combining thorough screening, thoughtful matching, and ongoing support to ensure a seamless, long-term placement.
Getting Started
$300 non-refundable search fee
$100 enrollment fee (due when submitting your placement form; renewable annually with a friendly reminder)
These fees grant your family full access to our concierge-level placement services, including our replacement guarantee:60 days for part-time placements
180 days for full-time placements

Our babysitting services are thoughtfully designed for families seeking exceptional, attentive care. Each sitter is carefully vetted and selected for their professionalism, warmth, and ability to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and cared for.
Bookings require a 4-hour minimum, allowing our sitters the time to build meaningful connection and provide consistent, high-quality care.
Our standard rate is $20/hour for 1–2 children.
To ensure each child receives the attention they deserve, rates adjust for larger family sizes:
• 3–4 children: +$2/hour
• 5 children: +$5/hourFinal pricing reflects family size and individualized care needs and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Booking Fees
To support the time and care involved in matching families with exceptional sitters, we apply a per-request booking fee:
• $30 per booking request
• $25 per booking request for Hometown HeroesBooking fees are separate from hourly sitter rates and help us maintain the high standards, screening, and concierge-level coordination our families trust.

To ensure our caregivers are supported and available when families need them most, the following options and surcharges may apply. All details are always communicated clearly at the time of booking.
Holiday Care
Care is available on major holidays with experienced sitters who are compensated at time and a half in recognition of their availability and commitment.
• Holiday Surcharge: $30 per booking
Applies to, but not limited: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Gasparilla, Easter, Juneteenth, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s EveLast-Minute Bookings
We understand that plans change and unexpected needs arise. When availability allows, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute care requests.
• Last-Minute Surcharge: $30 per booking
• Requests made within 24 hours of the sitter’s arrival are considered last minuteGroup Care

We start with a personal conversation to understand your family’s unique needs, preferences, and schedule. Once you submit your placement form, your enrollment and search fees secure access to our full-service placement program.
Personalized Matching
We craft a customized job description and carefully review our network of thoroughly vetted nannies. We present candidates who meet your family’s requirements and values, ensuring each match is thoughtfully considered.
Screening & Interviews
Every candidate undergoes in-depth screening, including background checks, credential verification, professional references, and interviews. We guide you through the interview process and provide our expertise to help you make the best choice.
Placement & Ongoing Support
Once you hire your nanny, we provide a professional employment agreement, scheduling coordination, payroll guidance, and continued support. We also check in with families and nannies on a monthly basis to ensure the placement continues to thrive.
