    Our Expectations

    We believe exceptional care begins with high standards. All Tots Luv nannies and sitters must meet the following requirements:

    A genuine love for working with children and families

    At least 18 years of age

    Completion of both phone and in-person interviews

    Three professional references (non‑relatives)

    Clean background check

    Clean driving record with no more than two speeding tickets in the past four years

    A safe, reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

    At least three years of paid childcare experience

    Legal authorization to work in the United States

    Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification (if not already certified)

    Availability for a minimum of three shifts per month

    Comfort with families using nanny monitoring cameras, if they choose

    Professional social media presence

    A polished, professional appearance

    Additional experience in education, psychology, nursing, or ongoing coursework is welcomed, though not required.
