Nanny Placement

Getting Started:

• $300 non-refundable search fee

• $100 enrollment fee (due at sign-up; renewable annually)

• Replacement guarantee: 60 days part-time / 180 days full-time

Families are the employers — we guide and support every step, including payroll, agreements, and coordination, so you can hire with confidence.

What’s Included:

• Customized job description and professional employment agreement

• Candidate screening: references, background checks, in-depth interviews

• Ongoing guidance and concierge support

• Scheduling coordination and payroll resources via GTM Payroll or HomeWork Solutions

• Legal and financial security for paying your nanny on the books

• 15% off future placements for returning families

• 6 occasional babysitter bookings (hourly pay not included)

Compensation Guidance:
Set your nanny’s salary or fees; we offer expert guidance on fair pay and help you create a competitive, sustainable compensation package.

Continued Care (Optional):
After the first year, families may enroll in our $350 annual continued care program, providing:

• Regular check-ins and collaboration

• Scheduling and payroll guidance

• Conflict resolution support

Fees to begin your search:

• $300 non-refundable search fee

Placement Investment

Every placement receives the same exceptional care, whether full-time, part-time, summer, or temporary. Our process includes:

• Reference checks for every candidate

• Comprehensive background screenings

• Hands-on guidance throughout the search

• Alignment with your family’s values and lifestyle

Full-Time & Part-Time Placement: $2,000
Replacement guarantee: 180 days (full-time), 90 days (part-time)

Summer / Temporary Placement: $1,000

Final balance: Charged to the credit card on file once you select your nanny.

If placement isn’t finalized within 30 days, a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the placement investment will apply toward your final balance, allowing us to continue dedicating care, attention, and resources to your search.

Continued Support

After the first year, families may enroll in our continued care program ($350 annually), providing:

• Online scheduling assistance

• Payroll guidance and setup

• Regular check-ins and collaboration

• Conflict resolution support

This ensures both your family and your nanny feel confident, connected, and cared for. Unlike agencies that treat placements as a one-time transaction, we invest in lasting relationships that prioritize stability, trust, and peace of mind.

Returning Family Benefit

Families who have previously worked with Tots Luv Childcare and are requesting a new placement may receive 15% off the $300 search fee. This reflects our commitment to ongoing care and peace of mind, ensuring every placement continues with the same level of concierge support and personalized attention your family expects.

Our babysitting services are thoughtfully designed for families seeking exceptional, attentive care. Each sitter is carefully vetted and selected for their professionalism, warmth, and ability to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and cared for.

Bookings require a 4-hour minimum, allowing our sitters the time to build meaningful connection and provide consistent, high-quality care.

Our standard rate is $20/hour for 1–2 children.
To ensure each child receives the attention they deserve, rates adjust for larger family sizes:
• 3–4 children: +$2/hour
• 5 children: +$5/hour

Final pricing reflects family size and individualized care needs and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Booking Fees
To support the time and care involved in matching families with exceptional sitters, we apply a per-request booking fee:
• $30 per booking request
• $25 per booking request for Hometown Heroes

Booking fees are separate from hourly sitter rates and help us maintain the high standards, screening, and concierge-level coordination our families trust.

To ensure our caregivers are supported and available when families need them most, the following options and surcharges may apply. All details are always communicated clearly at the time of booking.

Holiday Care

Care is available on major holidays with experienced sitters who are compensated at time and a half in recognition of their availability and commitment.

• Holiday Surcharge: $30 per booking
Applies to, but not limited: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Gasparilla, Easter, Juneteenth, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve

Last-Minute Bookings

We understand that plans change and unexpected needs arise. When availability allows, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute care requests.

• Last-Minute Surcharge: $30 per booking
• Requests made within 24 hours of the sitter’s arrival are considered last minute
