Nanny Placement

Finding your perfect nanny should be effortless and reassuring. At Tots Luv Childcare, we provide a personalized, full-service placement experience with thorough screening, thoughtful matching, and ongoing support to ensure a seamless, long-term fit.

Getting Started:

• $500 non-refundable deposit due upon submission of the placement form.

• $100 enrollment fee (due at sign-up)

• Replacement guarantee: 90 days part-time / 180 days full-time

Families are the employers — we guide and support every step, including payroll, agreements, and coordination, so you can hire with confidence.

What’s Included:

• Customized job description and professional employment agreement

• Candidate screening: references, background checks, in-depth interviews

• Ongoing guidance and concierge support

• Scheduling coordination and payroll resources via GTM Payroll or HomeWork Solutions

• Legal and financial security for paying your nanny on the books

• Returning Tots Luv families receive priority placement consideration and preferred scheduling for consultations and candidate presentations.

• Access to Occasional or Backup Care – You have priority access to our trusted network for occasional or backup care. While availability may vary, each request is thoughtfully coordinated to provide reliable, well-matched support whenever possible.

Compensation Guidance:
Set your nanny’s salary or fees; we offer expert guidance on fair pay and help you create a competitive, sustainable compensation package.

With Tots Luv Childcare, your placement is handled with care, expertise, and personal attention, creating a stable, supported, and loving home environment.

Every placement receives the same level of individualized attention and professional care, regardless of schedule type. Our process is designed to create thoughtful, long-term matches that support the unique needs of your household.

Placement Fees

• Part-Time Placement: $4,500

• Full-Time Placement: $6,500

Final payment is processed once your family officially hires a candidate.

For placements requiring extended recruiting support beyond 30 days of active candidate presentations, a continuation retainer of 35% of the placement balance may be applied toward the final placement investment.

Seasonal & Temporary Care

We also assist families with summer, temporary, travel, and short-term childcare placements based on availability and scheduling needs. Please contact our agency directly to discuss placement options and investment details.

Continued Partnership

Our relationship with families does not end after placement. We remain a trusted resource for guidance, coordination, and continued support as your family’s needs evolve.

Returning Families

Returning families may receive preferred placement pricing as part of our continued commitment to long-term relationships and ongoing care.

Your investment in Tots Luv Childcare is an investment in trusted care, thoughtful placement, and a well-supported home environment.

Our babysitting services are thoughtfully designed for families seeking exceptional, attentive care. Each sitter is carefully vetted and selected for their professionalism, warmth, and ability to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and cared for.

Bookings require a 4-hour minimum, allowing our sitters the time to build meaningful connection and provide consistent, high-quality care.

Our standard rate is $20/hour for 1–2 children.
To ensure each child receives the attention they deserve, rates adjust for larger family sizes:
• 3–4 children: +$2/hour
• 5 children: +$5/hour

Final pricing reflects family size and individualized care needs and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Booking Fee
To ensure thoughtful coordination and personalized matching with qualified sitters, a booking fee is applied per request:

• $35 per booking request

Booking fees are separate from hourly sitter rates and help us maintain the high standards, screening, and concierge-level coordination our families trust.

To ensure our caregivers are supported and available when families need them most, the following options and surcharges may apply. All details are always communicated clearly at the time of booking.

Holiday Care

Care is available on major holidays with experienced sitters who are compensated at time and a half in recognition of their availability and commitment.

• Holiday Surcharge: $30 per booking
Applies to, but not limited: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Gasparilla, Easter, Juneteenth, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve

Last-Minute Bookings

We understand that plans change and unexpected needs arise. When availability allows, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute care requests.

• Last-Minute Surcharge: $30 per booking
• Requests made within 24 hours of the sitter’s arrival are considered last minute
