Our Approach & Investment in Event Care

  • For events beyond Tampa, we apply a $50 travel fee per nanny. This ensures your caregiver arrives promptly and prepared, ready to create a seamless experience for your family.

  • The $95 coordination fee per nanny guarantees meticulous planning and smooth execution, so you can focus on enjoying your event while we manage the details.

  • Yes. For events with three nannies, there is a $150 activity fee. This covers thoughtfully curated activities designed to engage and delight children of all ages.

  • Absolutely. For an optional $50 fee, we provide essential equipment such as playpens, play mats, booster seats, and highchairs, ensuring comfort, safety, and peace of mind for parents and little ones alike.

  • To ensure quality and availability, additional fees may apply for last-minute bookings or holiday events. This allows us to provide exceptional care, even during busy times.

  • To secure your event, 30% of the coordination fee is due upon booking, with the remaining balance collected on the day of your event. This ensures your nanny team and activities are reserved and prepared just for your family.
